Erik graduated from Southwestern University School of Law and has worked for years with clients in the L.A. area. Before starting Hollywood Trademarks, Erik has worked extensively in civil litigation with defamation and breach of contract matters. He also assists small businesses with business formation, employment, contract, and licensing matters. In his spare time, Erik loves to explore Los Angeles with his wife and three kids, and enjoys outdoor activities of all kinds from running, to biking, to swimming in the ocean.

Raquel previously worked at a biotech startup managing their daily operations, administration, and human resources. She has 15-years of customer service experience. She also works part-time as a brand representative for Dolce Glow by Isabel Alysa & Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. Raquel grew up on the East coast and holds a B.A. in Spanish Language Interpretation and Translation from the University of Maryland. She is also the owner of Raquel Alba Beauty and even filed her own trademark for Raquel Alba™. In her free time, she enjoys reading and going on long weekend trips around Washington with her husband.
Senior Paralegal
Desirée has worked for years within the legal field focused on intellectual property, business formation, and general litigation. She is also the co-founder and CEO of SparkMarks™. She also worked as a communications manager at tech company AOL and as a registered financial advisor at Morgan Stanley. She holds a degree in biochemistry & molecular biology from the University of California, Irvine where she focused her studies on virology and immunology. Her interests since college extend further into intellectual property to trademarks, copyrights, and patents. In her free time, she enjoys sailing, hiking, and running.
Copyright Specialist
Sabrina is an experienced marketer, advertiser, and content creator that works with major pet brands to promote their products and services. Sabrina also works to educate influencers and other content creators on their intellectual property rights. Sabrina was the very first woman to file a copyright infringement claim at the newly created Copyright Claims Board and successfully won her claim. Sabrina joins our team to help other content creators, influencers, and brands protect their hard work and intellectual property. In her free time, she enjoys going to dog shows and events to stay current on latest trends and advancements in the pet industry and expanding her knowledge in the field of dog care and training.
